Pesme solidarnosti sa Kubom/Poems of solidarity with Cuba

The Cuban Revolution is a bastion of hope for all generations that have come after it. And after decades of blockade and sanctions, since the end of January 2026, the imperialist appetites of the Goliath neighbor have decided to extinguish every glimmer of hope from the green crocodile by completely blocking the entry of oil and oil derivatives. In defiance, the freedom-loving people of the world have organized themselves into solidarity convoys to break through the illegal blockade and return hope and solidarity to Cuba and its people. In this spirit, a performance was also performed consisting of the Song of Solidarity and the song Havana, Cuba, March 21, 2026.

Pesma solidarnosti

ja te ne poznajem po imenu
i ti nisi samo broj
nisi neko za precrtati
štaviše
nisi ni neko čije ime samo treba
pisati
ja te ne poznajem po prezimenu
ne poznajem te po godinama
broju bora
odeći koju ne nosiš
ja te poznajem po zvuku koraka
koji uzdrma tle svojim ponosom
po uzdignutoj pesnici
koja prkosi nepravdi
po tome koliko treperiš
koliko buktiš
koliko ne ćutiš
o tlačenjima
represijama
zločinima
o tome koliko si glas
nemih duša
ja te poznajem
jer pevamo istu pesmu

Havana, Kuba, 21.mart 2026.

Tvoja ljubav, Če, je prva ljubav
koju sam osetila u drhtajima nepravde
uzdisajima nedozrelog bunta
mraku u kome živim
oslobođena privilegije da
svedočim pesmama pobede

Neki smo te sreće
da smo gledali kako se
medicinske brigade bore
do kraja sveta

Pitam
šta je dobrobit čoveka
u imperijalnom planu?

U ova mračna vremena
sve naše sreće
sva naša srca
pevaće Kubi
pevaće revoluciji
sirenama brodova
koji danas pristaju
na dokove slobode

Poem of Solidarity

I don’t know you by name
and you are not just a number
you’re not someone who should be crossed on a list
moreover
you’re not someone whose name should just be
written
I don’t know you by your last name
I don’t know you by your age
nor by age marks
or the clothes you do not wear
I know you by the sound of your steps
which shakes the ground with its pride
by your risen fist
which defies the injustice
by how much you tremble
how much you burn
how much you don’t remain silent
about oppression
repression
crimes
about how much you are the voice
of the speechless souls
I know you
because we sing the same song

Havana, Cuba, March 21, 2026

Your love, Che, is the first love
that I felt in the tremors of injustice
in the sighs of immature rebellion
in the darkness in which I live
freed from the privilege of
witnessing the songs of victory
Some of us are lucky
to have watched as
medical brigades fight
until the end of the world
I ask
what is the wellbeing of man
in the imperialist plan?
In these dark times
all our happiness
all our hearts
sing to Cuba
sing to the revolution
to the sirens of the ships
that are arriving today
at the docks of freedom
